Made out of PTFE plastic, our ultrasonic cleaning trays include removable walls to help keep parts and items separated no matter the size.

Dimensions of the cleaning trays and wall size can be tailored to individual orders, featuring sizes for large and small applications. Along with the O-Ring assembly, the CW Visions ultrasonic cleaning trays are fully customizable and can be altered at any time to fit a wide variety of parts.

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)

When used for titanium parts, PTFE trays are known to leave a white film. Due to this, we recommend using HDPE when cleaning titanium.
